After having used PhysicsCare’s efficient and generous service I once again asked for help this week. Their service is amazing. I was so worried about a solution that wasn’t answered in the first email that was sent but then i saw the second email which they sent to me even before I could email them already stated they forgot to attach a solution and added that. Usually most services, once they have provided services, they just ignore the client until next time but not PhysicsCare – even after they had emailed me the solutions, it was very clear they continued to check and comb through the help they provided as a further quality assurance. I already wrote about their detailed helpful guides to the solution but their quality assurance during and also after providing help is something i have only seen with them so far (and I have spent countless hours with various tutors).
