1. I cannot solve a problem on AP Physics. Can PhysicsCare help me with that?

2. How does FREE trial work?

When you come to us for the first time we work out your assignment or a part of it – free of cost for you. This is to give you some idea about the quality and working process of PhysicsCare. PhysicsCare experts spend approximately 30 minutes to prepare the (FREE trial) solutions to some of your problems on physics. Just send your problems to PhysicsCare and enjoy the FREE trial. If you like our work you may go ahead for the paid service to get the solutions of more problems on physics.


3. There are so many online helps available. What is unique in your service?

Our service is unique in the quality or the standard of the solutions. All our tutors are qualified and hold PhD in some area of physics. They  provide the students with clear step-by-step solution of every problem. We are confident that once you take help from us you will continue to come back with your physics problems.  4. How do I send my problems to PhysicsCare?

5. How fast will be your first response?

We respond as early as possible. Probably within a few hours – if not immediately. In any case, you will receive our mail within 24 hours.


6. What kind of response I can expect from you if I ask for the help with my homework problems?

As we see your email we send you a confirmation. In a short time we send you another email mentioning if we can accept your assignment. We also let you know about the estimations of fee and time for the accepted assignments. Just feel free to contact us if you have anything to say.


7. I plan to use the service from PhysicsCare. However I have got some study materials from my professor. Will you mind to have a look at them? 

Please send them to us. PhysicsCare experts highly encourage you to send them the study materials (class notes, eBook, etc.). That helps in keeping the explanations (e.g. the symbols used in the equations, significance of a term in the equation, etc.) collinear with what you learn in your class. Experts get a better idea about the expectations and choices of your professor.


8. Who are the PhysicsCare experts?

All the PhysicsCare experts are highly qualified and experienced teachers. All of them hold a PhD in some area of physics from reputed US universities. Above all, they love solving physics problems.


9. I have received the solutions from PhysicsCare. However it is missing some part (or some of the solutions) – what should I do?

Please let us know about this kind of error immediately so that we can send you the missing parts as soon as possible. This is not a common situation but it still can happen by mistake or due to some technical error.  Please inform us about this kind of error within 7 days of receiving the solutions. PhysicsCare does not take any responsibility if you inform us about a missing part after more than 7 days.


10. Can PhysicsCare help me with my take-home exam?

No, sorry! This is against the policy of PhysicsCare. Please read PhysicsCare policy carefully.


11. I cannot find the answer to a question I am looking for in your Physics Q/A section. What should I do?

Please send the question to us. If the PhysicsCare experts finds the question to be of help to others it will be included in our pool of Q/A. Please visit our how it works page and Physics Q/A for details.


12. What other help can we get from PhysicsCare?

If you wish to prepare yourself with additional physics problems or with physics review exams, PhysicsCare can help you arrange that. Please send us the detail of the review exam (the topic, type of questions/problems, duration of exam, etc.).


13. How is the fee for the solutions determined? 

You get a great value as we set the fee as low as we can. The fee depends on factors like – the difficulty level of the problem, the time required to solve it and your urgency. Experts from PhysicsCare team will go over your problem(s) carefully to assess these factors and decide the fee.


14. May I use my credit/debit card to make the payment?

No. Right now we can accept the payment only through the PayPal.com account.


15. I have some questions those are not covered in the FAQs – what should I do? 

Type and send your questions to us from PhysicsCare‘s contact us box or just send one email to expert@physicscare.com.


16. Why does PhysicsCare ask for our location in the ‘contact us’ form? 

Your location helps us to know about your time zone.  As all of us are not in the same time zone this information is very important to us. It helps us calculate our working time to prepare your solutions. You privacy is our concern – we do not reveal your information to anyone.
