Therefore, we have developed a simple way so that you can get in touch with the PhysicsCare tutors in real time.
An easy-to-use whiteboard and its associated face-to-face communication system (audio/video) make the online live lessons very effective. To join the online live lessons is very simple. Basically, you contact us to schedule for a lesson; make the payment; and finally, click on a link (sent to you by PhysicsCare) to join the scheduled lesson. That’s it!

Meet the PhysicsCare tutors in real time. The simple steps are explained below. Follow the 3 easy steps to have the online live lessons. To have face-to-face classes, two things are to be taken care of – (1) scheduling your lesson and (2) making the payment.
Step 1: Make an appointment:

- We are powered by Calendly – an easy way to schedule a lesson. So, schedule at ease.

- Time slots of 30min are available for the live lessons on physics. Click inside the box.

- Please check for the availability of the tutors and select the time slot/slots of your choice.

- We offer you a FREE lesson of 60min on your first day. So, you can learn about it before you spend.

- It is possible to schedule for more than one time slots at a time.

- Immediately after the scheduling you get one email. It shows that you have successfully scheduled the lesson.

- PhysicsCare sends you a second email – as the FINAL CONFIRMATION of your lesson. Without the second email (from PhysicsCare) your lesson is not confirmed.
- If you cannot attend the lesson at the scheduled time please inform us as soon as possible. In that case, we will try to reschedule you in another time slot.
Step 2: Make the payment.
(Skip this step if it is your first lesson)
Make the payment to expert@physicscare.com via PayPal if your schedule is confirmed. You must complete the payment at least 2 hours before the start time of the scheduled lesson. Please, read the instructions below. We request you to pay a fee of $0.35(USD) per minute for the online live lessons.
- If you have already enjoyed the free offer of 60 min live lesson, you need to pay now.
- Please calculate the fee for the lesson at $0.35(USD) per minute and pay the exact amount via PayPal. You can even lower the price, if you pay for 120 minutes or more in a single payment. Learn more.
- We pay the PayPal fee. So, please do not worry about it. 😀
- Please do not pay if you haven’t received the FINAL confirmation from PhysicsCare.

Step 3: Enjoy the lesson:
For the lesson to conduct, we need (1) a whiteboard & (2) a audio/video system to communicate
(1) If your schedule is confirmed and you have made the payment – Just wait for an email from PhysicsCare.
(2) An email will be sent to you immediately before your lesson time. This email provides you with a link to the whiteboard prepared specially for you. Just click on the link to join the board.
(3) The board has its audio/video system with it. The email guides you to learn the use of audio/video systems.
- The tutor and the student share the same whiteboard.
- Using the board is very simple.
- We suggest you to use Google Chrome as your browser as this whiteboard is compatible with it.
(4) If the audio/video (associated with the whiteboard) fails we use the following as our back up:
- Google Hangout: You only need a gmail account to use it. If you already have one, all you have to do is to accept your tutors invite at the time of the lesson. Just let us know your gmail id.

Free – 60 min Live Lesson!
On your first day of live lesson:
On your first live lesson from PhysicsCare you get our FREE offer of live lesson up to 60 minutes. Just ignore the first 60 min from your lesson-time when you pay. Therefore, if you schedule an appointment for only 60 min, you need not pay at all for your first lesson. For an appointment of 90 min, you pay for the remaining 30 min and so on.
Lower the price if you wish:
- You can even lower the price beyond the normal rate.
- Just make a payment for 120 minutes or more in a single payment. This reduces the rate to $0.30 (USD) per minute. That means you save $6 for a lesson of 2 hours.
- You can break your time that you have paid for in multiple lessons. But a lesson should not be of less than 15 minutes.
ON THE DAY OF THE LESSON
- Your PhysicsCare tutor initiates the lesson and invites you to join the lesson space.
- To start the lesson, you just click on the link (to the whiteboard) sent by the PhysicsCare tutor.
How to start your scheduled live lesson:
- Check your email from expert@physicscare.com for the link to the whiteboard.
- As you click on the link, the lesson-space opens in a new window.
- The online live lesson begins. Enjoy your lesson.
Tips to the beginner
Live Lesson with this whiteboard & its audio/video is fun:
Working with our whiteboard is super easy! Because, as you open the interactive board, it is ready for use. The simple basic features are self explanatory and are enough for the lessons. Many more features are there which you may learn while you use it for your online live lessons. Some of the simple but useful information are given below. If the audio/video system (of the whiteboard) fails we can use Google hangout or Skype. These are widely used. Therefore we can expect that you are familiar with at least one of them. But you are welcome to ask us if you have a question about them.
- During a live lesson, you can talk to your tutor using the audio/video system of the whiteboard. Click on the appropriate icon to activate this feature. If this feature fails you can use google hangout or skype. Thus it is no less than face-to-face home tutoring.
- Typing text on white board – its simple.Click on the appropriate icon to activate this feature.
- You can copy & paste a text, if you want.
- You may upload or copy & paste something on the whiteboard.
- Drawing a perfect (common) shape is super easy. Click on the appropriate icon to activate this feature.
- You can change the color of your writing/text. Thus you can highlight the important portions.
- Enjoy learning many other features. Because learning these features is easy and fun.
