I have used big tutoring companies like Ch***Study in the past. My debit card was once charged 200+ dollars because a tutor did not end our tutoring session. She was completely unsympathetic and simply told me that “there was nothing she could do and that a refund might not be possible”. I received my refund and i cancelled my account immediately after.

I found PhysicsCare after searching through many different types of tutoring help sites. All of them just wanted me to pay $70+ more just for answers and no explanations. But PhysicsCare were professional, courteous and patient when it came to helping me with my questions. They were open to working with me and even answered one of my questions for free to show how the service works! They are amazing and i will definitely be using this service again and i will be sharing with classmates who are having trouble!
